About Blobb
Blobb Eco Technologies Inc. is a consulting corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, based in Comox on Vancouver Island. It was founded by Muriel Marc and Xavier Raffin in 2022.
Blobb was built around a specific observation. Businesses that need to modernize a system rarely fail for technical reasons. They fail on sequencing, on ownership, and on the gap between what the plan says and how the organization actually absorbs change. So the work is split accordingly, and the two halves are not separable.
Muriel Marc
Muriel leads on process, engagement structure, and strategy. She works on how a program is shaped, how it is governed, and how it lands inside an organization that has its own way of doing things.
Over more than 25 years as a consultant, she has also held management roles at Xerox and directed private agencies. Her experience brings a practical perspective to governance, stakeholder engagement, and the human side of change.
Muriel has served on the boards of several French-Canadian non-profit organizations, contributing to the communities and causes they support.
Xavier Raffin
Xavier leads on technology. Twenty years across embedded real-time systems, telecom and IoT backbones, public transport platforms, and cloud infrastructure, in roles from developer to Chief Technology Officer and Chief Software Architect.
He spent three and a half years at Amazon and Amazon Web Services, and has held CTO roles at three companies since. He works from Comox, British Columbia.
